Dear Tamer, 

it is monday night 9: 30 and I am sitting here with a glass of red wine to write down what I have eaten today. 

Today I have muesli twice with fresh fruit, cornflakes, yoghurt and pumpkin seeds, for lunch a whole wheat breadroll with ham and cheese and a mixed salad and for dinner it was turkey steaks with vegetables. I shouldn't forget the delicious proteisn shake with caramell flavour. 

It is day 295 today, 295 days agao we first met you. I weigh 87,4 kgs and have 12,8% bodyfat. Why do I write this to you? You of course know this but I want to encourage others that read these lines to get started in the right direction. If you have tried thousands of diets without successs, read on.

When I was 20, my weight went triple digit for the first time. I gained and gained until I weighed 118,5 kgs, that was last year in April. My wife Claudia also gained constantly. We wanted to change and started various programs.

Through a friend we have heard of you and also been to your website. I had met some bodybuilders in the past and I can honestly say that I had my reservations about contacting you. After all, what a muscly packed bodybuilder know about my problems.

It was a firend of mine that finally convinced us to make the appointment with you.

Ont he 26th of June we were in your shop for the first time and we were quickly impressed with your knowledge and comprehension. I weighed 114,2 kg and had 27,9% bodyfat, Claudia weighed 99,3 kgs and had 41,7% bodyfat. Today, Claudia has lost 23,8 kgs pure fat and has passed me a long time ago.

Claudi has no more migraine and my stomach problems have disappeared completely as well. Our blood values are top, we enjoy jogging and cycling and was is the best of all, we can buy any clothes we like.
