Hello,

my name is Tamer Galal, I am the owner of the Bodyplanet in Ludwigsburg.

I got my first exposure to the world of fitness when I was 16 years old and the whole subject fascinated me immediately.

I began to absorb as much knowledge as possible about proper Training, Nutrition and food supplements.

During my career as a competitive bodybuilder, I have participated in over 160 competitions and won numerous titles. These include German Champion, several regional championships and the highlight was the title of Mr. Universe in 2004.

Aside from the practical experience I have also gotten the necessary qualifications as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.

In 1994 I have opened the BodyPlanet in Ludwigsburg. What started out as a small bodyshop is today a modern enterprise with a broad offering for all aspects of health and fitness.

In the center of our activities is aside from selling products the goal of our customers. We use our knowledge and experience to get our customers on the right track on the way to the body of their dreams.

We prepare not only professional athletes for competitions but also develop individual solutions for people wanting to loose weight or people that just want to improve their overall health status.

Recently I have developed my own range of food supplements. The products are produced according to my own specifications based on my experience.

The secret to our success is in the individual approach for each customer. We will not rest until you have reached your goals.
