Workout and Nutrition plan

Personal consulting is one of the cornerstones of our business and we here at Body Planet helped many people to achieve the body of their dreams.

But even if you don't have the chance to visit us in person, we can still create an individual training and nutrition plan for you to be sent through e-mail. Such a plan will include.

• Take stock of your current situation
• Determination of your actual goals
• Creating an individual nutrition plan based on your personal preferences
• Creating a personalized workout plan.

Since we won't meet you in person, we will need some information from you in order to do this properly:

• Pictures in a bathing suit from the front, the back and the side. (This is important for me to determine your body type).
• Age
• Size
• Weight
• Your goal
• timeframe in which you want to reach that goal

On top of that you will get a special e-mail address where you can get directly in touch with me in case you have questions or encounter some problems. I will be your personal coach on the way to success because we want you to reach your goal.
