Hello, my name is Tamer Galal.

I have studied the science of how to build muscle for more than 20 years now. When I was a teenager, I was small and had no muscles. It has always been my biggest wish to have a good body. Because of this, I started to read books and consult experts in this field.

I have learned which systemy work and which ones are a waste of time. And I have build muscles with some success. Up until today, I have won many competitions, the highlight being that of the Mr. Universe in 2004.

15 years ago I decided to turn my hobby into a profession and I opened a shop for sports nutrition and consulting. During this time I have helped over 1000 athletes to reach their goals.
