Conditions

Data Protection (GDPR)

Our website is encrypted with an SSL certificate so that communication and transmission of your data is secure. All relevant user data that is necessary for processing an online order will be treated confidentially and not passed on to third parties.

orders

You can place orders with us online, by post, by fax or by telephone. Please do not forget to enter your full address. Some products require additional information such as taste or package size. If this information is missing, we reserve the right to make this selection for you.

Prices

All prices on our website are shown in euros and include the statutory value-added tax. Our price lists are subject to change.

terms of payment

You can pay either by Sofort., PayPal, bank transfer. For shipments abroad only by credit card or PayPal.

Shipping

Within Germany:

  • € 4.40 shipping costs per package up to 1kg.
  • € 5.10 shipping costs per package up to 3kg.
  • € 6.00 shipping costs per package up to 5kg.
  • € 7.40 shipping costs per package up to 10kg.
  • € 9.80 shipping costs per package up to 20kg.
  • € 11.50 shipping costs per package up to 31kg.

In the case of cash on delivery, we charge an additional €3.60 cash on delivery fee. From a goods value of € 50.00 (gross), we will cover the shipping costs for you (within Germany).

Shipping to EU countries:

  • € 13.99 shipping costs per package up to 2kg.
  • € 16.99 shipping costs per package from 2 to 5 kg.
  • € 21.99 shipping costs per package 5 to 10kg.
  • € 32.99 shipping costs per package 10 to 20kg.

Shipping abroad (outside the EU):

  • € 29.99 shipping costs per package up to 5kg.
  • € 35.99 shipping costs per package 5 to 10kg.
  • € 49.99 shipping costs per package 10 to 20kg.

We would be happy to make you an individual offer for larger shipments. Customs clearance costs for deliveries to non-EU countries are at the expense of the buyer.

delivery time

As a rule, we deliver - if the goods are available - within 3 working days. Should an ordered article not be available, you will be informed immediately by us. If we make partial deliveries, you will not incur any additional costs.

defects

Defects, such as goods damaged in transit, must be reported to us immediately or no later than 24 hours after receipt of the shipment. After that, there is no right to repair. In the event of obvious damage, a complaint must already be made to the delivery agent who made the delivery. If the complaint is justified, we will either send you a replacement or refund the purchase price. You will not incur any additional costs.
